Description
I am looking for a business partner in Commercial Electrical Contracting Corporation or Renewable Energy sector. It is must that at least one director for new business must be living in Edmonton Alberta and We will hire a team of one journeyman and two apprentices . Here is details
What I expect from other party

1. Provide a team that can work together to make sure we stay as a team for long term mutual benefits
2. At least one journeyman and two apprentices who are interested to get certified as journeyman electrician and commit to get installation done on pay rate as defined by Alberta Government.
3. Find new medium size commercial contracts and bring in jobs.
4. Call municipal bodies on behalf of our company to ensure inspection are done in timely manner.
5. Collect payments from builders as agreed in written contact and deposit it in company accounts.
6. We can agree on 60:40 share structure. Other party can have 60% shares to have active control of corporation or other party can run 100% by paying me for master electrican on mutually agreed biweekly pay.
What I will bring to the Table

1. Two set of basic tools for Apprentices
2. I will represent as a Master Electrician to meet safety codes, local laws and Bylaws at mutually agreed monthly salary or other alternative.
3. I will assist in blueprint reading, prepare estimates and planning Installations.
4. I will provide training to the installation team and guide them to meet safety codes and local laws & bylaws.
5. Option to run as partnership or represent your corporation as a a Master Electrician.
6. I bring 18 years of Canadian Experience as Journeyman and Master Electrician combined. It makes foolproof to not have any loss as I can calculate man hours and material well before we commit to complete any building.
7. I have practical experience of Hybrid systems and 3 years data on renewable energy systems.
8. I can build and update company website and social media accounts.
Please Note I will not be present at the site at all the times. I am looking for flexible hours for site supervision but I will assure the installation are done in well defined time frame that we commit to our customers.
